Sr. UI/UX Designer
About the Role
Our work spans product interfaces, internal tools, and marketing sites for brands selling online. That means a lot of surfaces where design matters: dashboards for merchants, configuration flows, onboarding and settings screens, as well as high-converting landing pages and launch campaigns.
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you'll own these experiences end to end. You'll turn rough ideas into structured user flows, clickable prototypes, and final visual designs that engineers can ship. You’ll also create the marketing assets around those products — launch visuals, campaign pages, and on-brand graphics. This is a hands-on role: you’ll spend most of your time inside Figma (and your design tools of choice), collaborating closely with engineering and founders, and raising the visual and UX bar across everything we ship.
What You'll Do
Core responsibilities you'll own from day one.
01
Own Product UX Flows
Design clear user journeys for web applications: onboarding, configuration, reporting, and day-to-day workflows that feel intuitive and efficient.
02
Create High-Fidelity UI
Turn wireframes into polished, responsive interfaces in Figma with clear states, components, and specifications for engineering.
03
Maintain Design Systems
Define and evolve shared components, typography, color tokens, and spacing systems so our products and marketing assets feel coherent.
04
Design Marketing Assets
Create visuals for landing pages, feature announcements, email campaigns, ads, and social posts that align with our brand and product story.
05
Prototype & Iterate Quickly
Use interactive prototypes to communicate ideas, collect feedback, and refine flows before engineering picks them up.
06
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with engineers, founders, and sometimes clients to clarify requirements, hand off designs, and ensure what ships matches the intent.
What We're Looking For
You have strong taste, a solid process, and a portfolio that shows you can ship real product work.
- check_circle 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or a similar role designing digital products
- check_circle A portfolio that clearly shows shipped product work: web apps, dashboards, or complex interfaces, not only static marketing pages
- check_circle Expert-level Figma skills for components, variants, auto-layout, and design systems
- check_circle Comfortable working through UX problems: user flows, information architecture, states, and edge cases
- check_circle Experience creating marketing visuals such as landing page hero sections, feature graphics, and campaign assets
- check_circle Strong written communication and the ability to work independently and asynchronously in a remote team
Nice to Have
Bonus points; none of these are required to apply.
- check_circle Experience designing for eCommerce or SaaS products: checkouts, pricing pages, or account dashboards
- check_circle Basic understanding of HTML/CSS so you can communicate effectively with engineers about implementation
- check_circle Experience with motion or micro-interactions (e.g., Principle, After Effects, or Figma prototypes with smart animations)
- check_circle Brand design experience: logos, visual identity updates, and guidelines
What We Offer
Everything you need to do your best work and grow.
- check_circle Fully remote role with flexible hours; work from anywhere in the world
- check_circle Real influence on what ships — your design decisions show up in live products and campaigns
- check_circle Collaboration with senior engineers and founders who care deeply about quality
- check_circle Competitive compensation and growth path for senior and lead roles
- check_circle Async-friendly culture; work when you're most focused and at your best
- check_circle Structured projects and clear goals so you always know what you're working toward
